  • Report deployment for official usage: Automatic completion and deployment of all the official governmental reports concerning the start and progress of every programme and subproject (for example, vocational training implementation program report, analytic training timetable, report of substitute or withdrawn trainees.
  • Parametrical documents: Ability to deploy forms and documents parametrically, so that all the data from the database can be extracted to a Word document, which has been specially formed according to the each VTC’s needs.
  • Interoperability with Microsoft Office: ability to extract data from lists and forms (for example, trainee management) straight to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel files. This can be combined with the deployment of graphics, charts or the projection of statistical data.
  • Report publishing / periodic spreadsheets: The application can provide a large range of reports and recurrent datasheets.

Every report can be created electronically, one of the following formats can be supported:
