Campaign design, implementation and evaluation

Campaigns in coordination with opportunities constitute of the most important marketing and sales toll for the VTC. This tool offers all the tools needed to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a campaign. During the design, the user chooses the duration, the target group, the type of contact (telephone, email, sms and other), divides the workload, can record opportunities and process them in the context of a campaign. Additionally, they can record and project all the communications that have either taken place or must be done in the future, customized for each and every member of the target group. Campaigns are fully interoperable with SharpCRM’s other features (target groups, opportunities, mass communications and others); this function is highly parametrical, consisting of the amount of information that the user evaluates as valuable (varying from basic to fully detailed and analytical).

Ability to record, monitor and exploit opportunities

Opportunities consist of the basic mechanism to record and quantify all the parameters that constitute of an opportunity for a VTC. The user, similarly to task management, can define the time constraints concerning an opportunity, involve members of staff and units of the company towards targeted actions, make a description of the opportunity – in depth or descriptively. Additionally, the user can quantify the possibility, define and highlight the origin of the opportunity, divide, record and monitor the sub-tasks which are involved with the task. Finally, the user can estimate at which stage the opportunity is, as well as critically evaluate its progress (including time constraints).
